McLean Employees have rights that protect them from retaliation from supervisors, HR, and hospital administration.
Under the NLRA, Interfering with employee rights (Section 7 & 8(a)(1)), is illegal. Employees have the right to unionize, to join together to advance their interests as employees, as well as to refrain from such activity. It is unlawful for an employer to interfere with, restrain, or coerce employees in the exercise of their rights.
